We use the FABI- (Florida Association of Building Inspectors) Standards of Practice.
We suggest a 4 hour time slot for Home Inspection and Reports are generated and available within 24 hours. The cost for service is based on square footage of the home in addition to inspecting amenities such as a detached building.
