This Insurance Inspection is referred to as “4-Point.”
The purpose of this inspection is to provide Insurance Policy Underwriters a summary of conditions of four major systems. This may be used by the insurer to determine insurance eligibility or cost based on the conditions of the four systems.
The Four Points/Systems are: Roof, Electric, Plumbing and Heating & AC.
There is no “Standardized Form” in the industry for reporting so expert guidance is recommended for this.
